Cliencer in Claude and ChatGPT

Connect your Cliencer account to your AI assistant and manage your businesses from the chat: see how they are doing, set up a game with its prizes, review the plays waiting for validation, or pause a game. The assistant works with the same permissions and the same rules as the app.

Cliencer, its connection pages, and the permission screen are in Spanish. This page is also available in Spanish.

What you can ask

Write to your assistant the way you would talk to someone on your team:

  • “How many plays did my games get this month, and how many coupons were redeemed?”
  • “Set up a scratch card for my café with a 10% discount and a free coffee as prizes.”
  • “Which plays are waiting for my validation?”
  • “Pause the Christmas scratch card.”

How to connect

You need a Cliencer account, which you create from the app. The address of the Cliencer server is:

https://api.cliencer.com/mcp

In Claude

  1. Open Customize → Connectors and tap Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the server address and tap Add.
  3. Tap Connect on the Cliencer connector.

On Team and Enterprise plans, the organization's admin adds the connector. The current steps are in Claude's guide.

In ChatGPT

  1. Go to chatgpt.com/plugins, tap +, and choose Add custom MCP server.
  2. Enter “Cliencer” as the name and paste the server address under Connection.
  3. Accept the warning and tap Create as a plugin.

The current steps are in ChatGPT's guide.

In Cliencer

When you connect, the assistant opens a Cliencer page:

  1. You enter your account email and we send you a code.
  2. You enter the code you got by email.
  3. On the permission screen you see which assistant asks to come in, your account with your businesses, and what the assistant will be able to do. You tap Aceptar (accept) and go back to the assistant.

On the permission screen you accept two permissions, each with the text you see there:

  • Read: “Ver tus negocios, juegos, premios, cupones y resultados” (See your businesses, games, prizes, coupons, and results). Every tool uses it.
  • Change: “Armar y cambiar tus juegos y premios, y pausar un juego” (Set up and change your games and prizes, and pause a game). The three tools that change things use it.

What the assistant never sees

The data of the people who play your games always stays in Cliencer: their name, email, phone, birthday, answers, the files they upload, and the QR and code of their coupons. Notifications that mention someone who played reach the assistant with a text that keeps them anonymous.

What the assistant reads and what Cliencer keeps from the connection is in our Privacy Policy.

How to cut the connection

  • From the assistant's settings: remove Cliencer from your connectors in Claude or from your plugins in ChatGPT.
  • By writing to us at info@cliencer.com from your account email: we cut the connection and the assistant loses access to your account.

If something fails

The page says there is no account with my email

A Cliencer account is created in the app. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, create your account with that email, and connect again from your assistant.

The code doesn't arrive

Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email is the one on your account. On the same page, tap Mandarme otro código (send me another code) to get a new one, or Usar otro email (use another email) if you mistyped it.

The assistant asks me to connect Cliencer again

This happens when the connection expired or was cut. Connect again from the assistant and accept the permission screen again; if the session you signed in with expired or you connect from another browser, Cliencer also asks for your email and its code.
